Suggest Medication For Heaviness In Chest And Down The Arms After Excercising

I am 60 woman..i havent' excersized for 3 yrs..i started walking at a moderate pace ..i feel heavy in the chest and down my arms..no dizziness or anything..as i continue it seems to subside after 10 min
my height 5'0..leaky aorta and mitra valve..under dr care..

If you have only recently restarted exercise after a long period of time, it would be best for you to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.

This would be particularly warranted with the symptoms that you are experiencing.
The presence of any risk factors for heart disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, overweight/obese would further increase the need for this assessment.
