Suggest Medication For High TSH Level

Doctor april 2011 my TSH level is below the normal level,but in august TSH level is 13.70,really i shocked, what to do???my age is 33 female,from 2006 i am taking medicine, after my second delivery TSH level is very low, after 3 months is very high 13.70,my weight is 66,height 154cm

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here your TSH level very high which needs to be treated. ..

Your free t4 and t3 level also should be checked ...

Than if hypothyroidism there treated with levothyroxine 50 or 75 ug dose daily. ..

Meanwhile detail history and examination done for proper work up...
If needed CT scan like higher investigation needed to rule out pituatory or hypothalamus causes .....
