Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Mohd Mansoor Ali,
You have mentioned only glimipride. your PPBS value considering that your fasting is quite makes me conclude that amaryl 2mg is working well for you. I fail to understand why you are not on metformin.
If you were my patient
1. I would have put you on a combination of glimipride with metformin
2. Suggested HbA1c every 3-6months
3. Planned your diet as per your daily schedule.
You may please discuss these points with your Diabetologist.
Wishing you the best!
