do little life style modifications -
a)eating a healthier diet with less salt-Try dietary approaches to stop
hypertension diet,which emphasizes fruits,vegetables,whole grains,poultry,fish,and low fat dairy foods.get plenty of potassium which can help prevent and control
high blood pressure.eat less
saturated fat and transfat.
b)exercise regularly
c)quit smoking
d)limiting your alcohol consumption
e)maintain a healthy weight or losing weight if you are over weight or obese
f)manage stress do yoga at home every morning.
