Suggest Medication For Infection In The Vagina

My vagina is very dry. When I go to use the rest room their is scaly like things on the top. I peel the little things off. If I masturbate then I ll start bleeding because I scratch! Can you please help? The outer area is light pink I m African American.

It can be due to fungal infection like yeast.

Consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab done.
