Suggest Medication For Itchy Vagina

I have being having itches for past 3 weeks now both in and out of my viginal.I am a breast feeding mother to a 9 month old boy and can t find the right medication.i have gone to the hospital and the doctor gave me an amoxicillin tablet but after taking it still no change.mostly occurs at night and it s so annoying.i haven t had sex for 10 months now so it can be a sexually transmittable disease.please help me thanks !!!!!!! I am 25 of age
