Suggest Medication For Loose Motions

My baby 14 months old suffering from loose motions from past 5 days. He is taking water normally and we are using doctor suggested Zn20 suspension syrup 2.5 ml twice and giving coconut water and ORS. But motion count doesn`t reduced. Daily average he is having 7 times loose motions which is watery. No signs of blood in stools.
When my baby will completely recoverd. Could you help me with details pls

hello,thank you for the consultation.loose motion may be because of any infection either bacterial,protozoal or rotavirus in this age.u continue the same treatment what you are giving along with that add syrup-oflox-OZ 2.5ml twice daily for 5days.give plenty of fluids in form of water ,juices,ors etc.maintain proper hygiene in food and sanitation.your baby will recover soon.good luck.
