Suggest Medication For Loose Stools Along With Gas

Hi doctor. I stay in Mumbai. For past few weeks I m having loose stools not very loose but not the perfect. And no other symptoms apart from little gas. I consume alcohol daily and eat fatty non veg food is this the cause. If yes please let me know and what should I do In this case to get better I m 27 years old.
