Suggest Medication For Low Grade Fever,body Pain And Cough Due To Bronchitis

I have a low grade fever (99) body aches for the past two days, woke up and was coughing up green phlegm and a sore throat. I got the flu shot last Thursday and a few weeks before that i was told i had bronchitis i was put on two different antibiotics, but still have not gotten better. HELP!

- Gargles with salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil 3 times a day .

- Avoid excess sugar , spicy , oily .
- Walking in fresh air , deep breathing exercises m YOGA .
- No smoking or alcohol if using .
