Doctor I have persistent lower body pain and weakness. I have difficulty in climbing stares. My knee joint and my lower back joint are very painfull at times. I have a very stressfull schedule. Sometimes when I get up, my lower back and legs gets locked in such a way, that it takes me 4-5 minutes to straighten and walk again(in toilet). Once in a while I take painkillers; I have also started walking atleast 2-3 kms. daily. I office I use stares, only when I have to go 3 and above floors, otherwise I climb. Kindly help and advise. hi dear , please check for your VITAMIN D levels , and S. CALCIUM, RA factor, Uric Acid, and CRP . many case deficiency of both leads to such pain, if you sunlight exposure is nil, they you have high chance of having low vit D levels , kindly get back to us with reports. after taking the above mention test you can start on, Calcium supplement every day and Vit D supplement once a week .
