Suggest Medication For Lower Back Strain

I was prescribed Methylprednisolone 4mg Pack, Tramadol 50mg, and Diclo/Misopr 0.2mg for a lower back strain. After the 2nd day of taking the medicines, I m starting to have redness on my face and arms with slight tingling. They are also warm to the touch. Any concern?
