HI MAAM I AM HAVING MIGRATORY JOINTS PAIN IN HANDS , WRIST , ELBOW FOR THE PAST 3 MONTS.... I ALSO HAV SWELLINGS IN MY FINGERS WHICH SUBCIDE AFTER FEW HOURS.. I HAD DONE MY BLOOD TEST WHICH SHOEED ASO TITRE 400......... AND POSITIVE... WAT SHOULD I DO MAM...

Hello,

As per the symptoms, I can understand that the pain is travelling in nature from small joint to elbow. it's never constant to one place at all. The pain keeps travelling along with swelling right?

As you have done the ASO test which is positive this directs more on to the Rheumatism.

I will advise you to meet up the rheumatologist and start the medicinal part treatment from there.

Taking to exercise part I would advise you to undergo Physical therapy because of late most Rheumatism cases undergoes deformity of the small joints like fingers. So taking utmost care is a must. Please visit the Rheumatologist for further management.
