Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* The most & vital component which is corner stone of your case is
avoid smoking / alcohol in all means compulsorily
follow strict dietary restrictions as per guidance of your doctor
* In our clinic , we recommend following molecules for nausea of
pancreatitis
(1) tab. ondansetron (8) mg
(2) tab. pantoprazole (20)mg + domperidone (10)mg
both to be taken with only sips of water before 1 hour of breakfast &
dinner along with antacid syrup containing Sucralfate with Oxetacaine 3
teaspoonful every 6 hourly .
* Regarding pain management I don`t prefer morphine due to many
reasons rather keep it as reserved as last resort if not controlled by
antispasmodic ( dicyclomine ) , centrally acting analgesics ( as tramadol )
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com & giving me an opportunity to assist
