Suggest Medication For Numbness On Foot Due To Damage Of L4 Vertebrae.

When my son was born , years ago, I had a drop foot because of nerve damage to the L4 vertebrae, every now and then that same foot (which recovered most of its strenght with in two years, gets numb, often after running or at night. Any ideas why that is?

It may be due to sciatic nerve compression. cause? YOU SHOULD AVOID long standing and sitting.methylcobalmin one tablet daily will be helpful to relieve and repair nerve damage.
