Suggest Medication For Pain ,itchiness And Discharge From Vagina

hi im 27 years old..im suffering for a vaginal discharge for 1 month,its like im having a pus or pimples or boil around my vagina and so painful,i used to squeeze it to so that the pus will come out,and im suffering from itchiness and having a discharge..i would like to ask for a home treatment or even an ointment for this because im afraid to go to the doctor,.thank you and God bless,,
