Suggest Medication For Pain On Mid Back Section On Left Due To An Injury
Hi, I need some advice. I m a 36 year old woman who spars and participates in kick boxing. My partner wasn t wearing appropriate gear Friday evening and when she went to round house me, she got me directly in the mid back section on my left side. I iced it for 24 hours 20 on 30-45 off. Laid flat and have been taking ibuprofen (800 mgs every 4-6 hrs.) It felt better today so I did some minimal things (get water, check the mail, finally felt comfortable enough for a soak in the tub etc...) But now when I adjust in bed or get up to use the facilities, I get a popping and clicking that makes me about drop to my knees, deep breaths hurt and I get nauseated. I m use to certain accidentals in my training butbut its never been like this for this long. Any suggestions? Dr.? Xray? Or just give it a few more days?
do X-ray for dorso-lumber spine, take muscle relaxent like tab. myoril i tab. BD and take tab. prigabalin 1 tab OD. then review with orthopedic doctor with reports who might suggest if everythin is ok with your x-ray some physiotherapy
