Suggest Medication For Pain,burning Sensation On Abdomen Towards Back

having on sudden attacks of pain, burning,dull ache,in my upper abdomen that now is radiating towards my middle back..the bra line area frnt and back..it comes and goes. take tums and gas x but not sure if they help or if its just spams. not eating any fatty foods, or carbonated drinks, high fructose drinks, dairy products and still have the onset..thought it might be IBS

May be irritable bowel syndrome, but may also be acute pancreatitis or even zoster pain, before the rash appears. try an antiacid medication (like tums or zantac) and if no better should get a CT scan of the abdomen
