Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Symptomatic treatment of fever with paracetamol is all that is required.
The rash will slowly disappear.
If the fever does not decrease in next 24 hours then consult your gp
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
