Suggest Medication For Recurrent Urine Infection

Hello im sneha 22yrs old. I got married last year in july. From the last four months im suffering from frequent urine infection. If i take medicines then it is becoming normal in one week and again it get started in 3weeks. Why this infection is coming frequently?
