Suggest Medication For Recurring Fever And Diarrhea

My son had a fever last night. But it was gone today and he was active. But it came back tonight,101.
And he had one episode of diarrhea. He is 1.7. Any thoughts on what it might be? He already had coxsackie this year. He was near high pollen area this last week and has a lot of food allergies
