Suggest Medication For Severe Back Pain Due To An Accident

i had a car accident 5 years ago i didnt go to the hospital at the time as i thought nothing was wrong, my back has hurt ever since i cant sleep properly, or stay in the same position, i cannot stand for very long otherwise i will be in really bad pain, can you help, i want to no if there is a problem with my back, i asked my doctor for an xray but he said no, there must be something wrong.

Hi,
It seems that after car accident blunt injury on back now might cause some osteo-artheritis changes in spines or muscles.
Go for x-ray or CT scan to know this changes.
After report plan of treatment can be decided like physiotherapy,short way diathermy etc.
Ok and take care.
