i HAD THREE TIMES OPERATION, ONE FOR SECOND CHILD AND TWO TIMES ABORTION AND FAMILY PLANNING. I HAD ALSO MET WITH AN ACCIDENT FIVE YEARS BACK WHEREIN I HAD SEVERE BACK PAIN THEN. NOW SOMETIMES ALSO IF I DO MORE WORK I GET BACK PAIN. MY QUERRY NOW I AM 45 YEARS IF I GROW OLD DEFINITELY I WILL UNDERGO MY BACK PROBLEM TO AVOID AND KEEP MYSELF FIT WHAT MEDICINES CAN I TAKE. I HAVE LACK OF IRON AND CALCIUM. BUT DUE TO PILES PROBLEM I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ANY MEDICINES
