Suggest Medication For Severe Body Pain

I am getting body pains because of severe hard work. I do a job which needs alot of physical strength and am 25 years old. i feel very good if i dont have any work load but once if my work load is more i get body pains for two to three days continously. what tablets do u prefer ?
