Suggest Medication For Severe Costochondritis

Severe Costochondritis or Tietzes Syndrome,

Everything I read about these are similar to my situation except that I have had it for over 10 years. The pain is terrible and immobilizing for several minutes followed with extreme tenderness and residual discomfort. I know it occurred due to chest trauma-- military man who hit the deck full on using my chest!!! Anyway, I remained in the Army for another 6 years before I retired doing my daily physical training and the majority of the time my condition did not worsen during physical training. But, rolling around with my children, tickling and playing was when I found it to be the most prevalent. My children got use to Daddy meaning IT when he would go stiff and plead that they stop for a bit! Most of what I read I find useless.
