Hello,

Probably, you are suffering from alcoholic Gastritis with or without peptic ulcer. Other possibilities like pancreatitis, hepatitis or cholecystitis may give dyspepsia and bloating.

Avoid alcohol, spicy food, and smoking. Use tablet Nexpro-L once a day two weeks before breakfast. Also take syrup Sucral two teaspoons thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult gastroenterologist, he/she will do Upper GI scopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
