Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Tension headaches are common in the first trimester of your pregnancy. This may happen because your body is undergoing several changes in the system.
Rest, a neck or scalp massage, hot or cold packs, and over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs such as Tylenol can reduce the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
