Suggest Medication For Sinus Headache And Pressure While On BP Medications

I have high blood pressure which is controlled with Lisinipril HCTZ. I cuurently have a sinus headache and alot of sinus pressure along with my ears feeling plugged. Ive tried Coricidian but it doesnt help. Is there anything else I could try? This has been ingoing and my doctor said Coricidian but after two packages, no results

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have symptoms of sinus headache as per history, so given decongestant tablet...

Your work up done in following ways...
-Otological examination
-If needed PNS x ray
-CBC

According to report further course of treatment decided

If needed for sinusitis full course of antibiotic and decongestant given

Measure your blood pressure also.. If high than can lead headache

The other factors like less sleep, irregular meal, smoking etc can be adjoining factor for headache so corrected accordingly
