Suggest Medication For Small Bump Causing Pain Under The Wrist

I woke up one morning, about two weeks ago, and I had a slight pain in my wrist when bending it. I thought I might have slept on it wrong. The next day the wrist was swollen and I could not bend it. By the third day, the swelling had gone away, but I still couldn't bend it. Over the next few days, the pain decreased significantly and I regained full function of my wrist. This evening I noticed that when I bend my wrist there is a small bump that has formed and it is painful to the touch. Otherwise, I have full motion and no pain. Any ideas what this might be.
