Suggest Medication For Sore & Itchy Genital Area
My 7 yer old girl is always complaining of a sore and itchy genial area at night. She is allergic to soaps so doesn't use them in the bath. I have treated her for worms. Area looks a bit red but that could be fromnscratching. She won't let me take her to the doctor.

Hi,
It seems that your daughter might be having yeast infection or some infection due to poor local hygiene.
While taking bath clean the local part with free flow of water.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Wear cotton shorts with having elastic at bottom of leg side end.
While cleaning the part after passing stool ask her to clean from front to back.
Ok and take care.
