Suggest Medication For Sore Throat,fever And Headache
hello doctor,i am suffering from fever but yet the temperature isnt visible on the thermometer.i feel tired internally,sore throat,headache,low appetite and also and also when i swallow any liquid i feel a kind of sparking sound in my ears...some say that you have internal fever...please help

hai, please take following medications
1) tab. azithrol 500mg daily 1 for 3 days
2) tab. dolo 650mg daily twice for 3 days
3) gargle with Luke warm salt water daily 3 times
you will improve for sure
