Suggest Medication For Stomach Flu

Hi my six months ago my wbc was 6.7 , lymphocytes 28.70 , lymph abs 2.3 and my nuetrophils 58.60 , i just got back from an oversees trip got travelers diaharia for three days staight , four days after the my final diaharia went to see the doctors was told to rest drink plenty of water , got a recent blood test were my wbc 7.7 , lymphocytes 18.60 , lypmh abs 1.4 and my nuetrophils 73.80 is this due to my stomach flu and would my lyphocates and lyph abs go back to normal soon ?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Travellers diarrhea too needs an active management.
I would advise you to send the stool sample for tests so that if infection is present this can be treated properly with an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics to get well soon; once treated properly, the blood counts will get normalized.
Take plenty of boiled and cooled water, electrolyte solution and proper diet.
Repeat the blood and stool tests after three days.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and further management as the risks taken can take more time for recovery.
Take care the next time you go for travel.
