Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain Along With Urge For Stool And Cramps

i have pain in stomach and urge to stool every time and it become more when i go outside whenever i eat something it started,this is from past 3 months first of all it started with abdominal cramp and then feeling of stool evertime plz. do the needful and tell me what it is.
