Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain,headache And Vomiting

Good morning, I threw up when I woke up. I m having a bit of stomach pain, but nothing I couldn t handle. I just went back to throw up, and it was a dry heave with a small amount of blood in it. I feel fine now (don t know about later), I m just a tad worried. My symptoms are simply a headache and stomach pains (with a small amount of fatigue). I can t afford a doctor and I don t have health insurance (if absolutely needed I will go and suck up the bills). I was just wondering if blood can be normal or if I need to go visit the doctor.
