Suggest Medication For Swelling And Pressure In Shin Area.

Hello, last night I took a hard ground ball to the front of my shin, playing softball, about 10 inches up from the foot. It swelled fairly fast and continues to sweet and discolor. Walking is painful, as I can feel the pressure of the swelling. The eye of the wound looks very dark as if it s going to burst. Is Advil, elevation and staying off it enough?

Hello, welcome to HCM. AS WOUND very dark as if it is going to burst so elevation and advil are ok. but along with you should also took broad spectrum antibiotics and analgesics to prevent infection.
