Suggest Medication For Tiredness And Loss Of Energy

I am 27 and for the last few weeks I have been so exhausted. Today is worse than normal, after i drove to work I layed in my car for over an hour because I was so tired. My arms feel like jello and I cant find any energy. I go to bed no later than 930 and dont wake up til 630am so im not sure what to do

Tiredness and loss of energy could be due to from simple causes to some serious problems.

Common simple causes are Anemia, Thyroid disorders , Diabetes , Vitamin B12 or D deficiency.

Common serious causes are Heart failure , Liver failure or Kidney failure.

I advise you to get certain tests to know what is the cause of your tiredness.

1.Complete Hemogram
2. Serum TSH.
3. Fasting and Post Prandial Blood sugars.
4. Serum Vitamin B12 . Serum Vitamin D3.
5. Serum Creatinine.
6. LFT.
