Suggest Medication For Urinary Infection

hallo dctor,

I am on antibiotic Ciplox-TZ since 7th of December for a Dental problem. Yesterday I developed urinary infection. Burning while urinating and frequent urination.I took citralka this morning and am continuing with the tablet. Infection does not seem to get better. Please advise.

Hello!
You havent mentioned about fever.
In my clinic, I advise urine culture & sensitivity.
Then as per bacterial load suggested by urine routine & report of culture-sensitivity, change antibiotic & also the route of administration if necessary.
