Suggest Medication For Urinary Track Infection

i believe i have a urinary track infection (peeing blood, feel like i have to go all the time, burning sensation…) I have had them before. I have a prescription of 2 years (which was in case when i went on a trip). I took one 3 hours ago…the intensity of the pressure is still there …should and can I take another pill now ….I also took 2 cranberry extract pills…I tool sulfamethtrimeth ds 800/160mg

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Don't take your drugs with old prescription. You should also go for blood sugar test to rule out diabetes. Because urinary tract infection is more common in person having diabetes.
