Suggest Medication For Viral Fever

ma sister...she is of age 12...and she is suffering for fever for last 5 days...antibiotics is been given..but fever is not getting reduced...and today its found that she has got white spots on her hands...is this a viral fever or some thing serious??

Hi... Fever of 5 days could be anything from viral to typhoid. What's more important is...her activity and well being when there is no fever in between and any other symptoms if at all. If she's active when there's no fever...its could be viral. I don't see the need to start in antibiotics without blood culture. Kindly get back what other symptoms she has. Happy to help anytime.
