Suggest Medication For Vomiting And Blurred Vision

I feel terrible. I was sparingly snacking on mixed nuts throughout the afternoon and all of a sudden I had to vomit. I have blurred vision. I have vomited after some anti nausea medicine wears off and ginger ale cannot be kept down. I am in New Jersey. Signed, cannot eat anything!

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted your history of eating mixed nuts throughout afternoon, and all of a sudden you vomited with blurring of the vision.Took anti-nausea medicine and Ginger Ale abut is not helping and the vomiting is continuous. Now that you can not eat anything:
This means that the nuts caused some reactions particularly in the stomach and hence the gastritis and resultant nausea and vomiting. This can be due to reaction to the contents of any of the nuts or can be due to aflatoxin that can enter through the nuts.
Since there is continuous vomiting that has not responded to anti-emetic medicine or ginger ale, it is better to follow the following:
Rush to ER so that you can have clinical evaluation, examination in general for vitals and specifically for the stomach, get intravenous fluids to replace the fluids and the electrolytes through vomiting.
You may need to stay for some time till the vomiting stops.
