Suggest Medication For Vomiting And Fever

Hello Doctor, Gud day.. my son is 2 years now.. he was vomiting and had fever, but now they are not there. Our pediatrition prescribed Junior Lanzol 15 for him.. I gave him 1 dose. but morning he is having loose stools... Can you help me for what Junior Lanzol has been given. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern for in my opinion in this age group giving medicine for no proper indication or for self limiting symptoms is not good idea, at the most for the sever vomiting child can be given antiemetic drug and the best option is "Domeperidone" if the temperature goes beyond the 100F then and then antipyretic can be tried, then next strategy would be wait for some time if this does not get alright then blood work need to be done, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
