Suggest Medication For Watery Black Diarrhea And Vomiting

Good afternoon, I live in the Seattle area, where the temperatures are in the middle 40's. Just this last week I made my monthly business trip to Los Angeles. After my meeting, a few friends played golf where the temperatures were in excess of 100 degree. I had three drinks and no food that day. I wasn't feeling good and decided not to finish the round. I went back to the airport for my trip home. Upon my arrival home I went to bed and woke up around 2:00 AM. I had watery black diarrhea a couple of time that early morning and finally up and threw up watery and black as my stool. I do drink two three drinks a day and take the blook pressure pill "Lisinopril" 10 mg. Blood pressure today is 114/78, pulse 97. I am 64 years old. This has never happen before. No more vomiting, but the stool is very lite. It's been two days since this espisode.

Dear have you taking any antacids??? Since when your alcoholic??

Possibility of upper gastro intestinal bleed. Other causes for black stools antacid contain bismuth sulphate, green leafy vegetables,and iron tablets consumption.

Avoid alcohol
Tab. Nexium before breakfast

Consult your doctor immediately for further evaluation and treatment.
