Suggest Medication For Watery Left Eye For A 2 Year Old

My two year old daughter has watery left eye
she doesn't seem to be bothered always but rubs on it few times.
recently she failed an eye test at her day care. she got 20/20 on both eyes but i was told that she quinted and tilted her head. i am really worried.

There congenital defect in malformation of nasolcrimal duct. For squint muscle balancing is to be done and proper diagnosis is to be made . It is right time to correct it by orthoptic.If not she may develop amblyopia. Fornasolacrimal duct surgical correction can be under taken in latter stage.
