Suggest Medication For Weight Loss

I am 54 and very active with walking, hiking up to three hours a day and horse back riding 6 hr on trails. My job allows walking and standing up to 6 hr 5 days a week. My thyroid is WNL on the lowest dose. I am unable to lose weight even going to the gym with an hour of aerobic exercise each time. VEry frustrated. Need to lose minimum of 30 lb. BP going up. I am not a drinker non smoker. etc. eat my fruits and fresh vegetables. RN for 35 years. Menopause has brought this shape that I dislike. Both parents are obese so I stay very active. Still 69 inches tall and BMI 30 !

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the over weight is the matter of concern, then to reduce the weight or to control it cut down the calorie in diet do regular exercise medicine can also be tried but you need to be qualified for this, important is if this is the genetically constituted obesity then one can not get the satisfactory result, it is better to avoid taking the hormones because it may also helps in increasing the body weight hope this information helps.
