Suggest Medication For Wound On Lower Lip

I have a section on my lower lip that won't heal. It started with and continues to have clogged pores. I've tried every over the counter medicine available, but no success. When I leave it totally alone, it dries, cracks, and bleeds and still doesn't heal.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic ulcer on lower lip.
Due to constant movement of lips and having saliva production there is no healing.
Apply triple acting cream locally or apply Gention violet lotion.
Go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
)Ok and take care.
