Suggest Medication To Improve Appetite In A Child

Hi Doc, My daughter is 7 years old & 19 kg and she don't want to take food, she is active and also participating in Tennis,basketball other than swimming and have started loosing wait. Any medication to improve her diet - Will Aristozyme Liquid be of any help?

Hi...I am happy to say that your daughter is at the 10th centile according to growth charts. It is very much normal and the sign of a health growing child. Moreover you say she is also participating in Tennis,basketball other than swimming...I do not think you need to worry about her weight.

I suggest you not to use appetite stimulants on long run as they may cause drowsiness.
