Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The obstacles, preventing you from running might be the defeciency of multi vitamins, proteins, calcium, vitamin D, iron, etc.
The lung power to expand in proportion to the exertion.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. He will take chest X ray and other tests.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms multivitamins, injections of vitaminB1,6,and 12. protein supplements, and iron.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
