Suggest Medication To Postpone Or Prepone Periods
Hi doctor , meprate 10mg is to prep one or postpone periods?. I got from one doctor to get periods now but no effect after taking 3 tabs.. She gave for 3 days but I didn t get. For me its urgent or else I ll have to do something to postpone. Please suggest something good

Meprate, which is the trade name for the drug medroxyprogesterone, is used to start periods though it has other uses as well.
It normally works well, if there is still time , you can continue taking as prescribed to see if your period comes.
If you now wish to delay your period, you can use norethisterone. This is one of the widely used medications to help to cause period delay.
