Suggest Medication To Replace Norethisterone For Prolonged Periods

I had a prolonged period Dr gave me noresthisterone twice a day for a week then reduce to once a day for 3 weeks. Took it for 4 days and period stopped, once I started the reduced dose started bleeding again. I ll be heavy in the morning and dry by night. What can I do?
