Hi,
I understand your concern.
usually delayed period in fertile age , first possible cause is conception. This should be usually excluded by home pregnancy test. But as you say you don't have no chance of pregnancy, you can skip it.
When period is delayed in otherwise regular menses cycle, hormonal preparations( oral contraceptives( Regestrone -1 tablet twice a day for 5 days .. period will follow any time within 8 days of stopping the pills ) in an increased & short course is advised by gynecologist after evaluating possible contraindications. Ideally one should consult a gynecologist for the prescription
After getting bleeding, it's advisable to consult for investigate for cause of the delay & take indicated treatment from a gynecologist.
Thanks..
