sir, im eshwar naidu from hyderabad.i have been suffering with IBS from past 3 years. i have consulted many doctors.i have tried allopathy,homeopathy, ayur vedic. none of them worked for me. could u help me please.im really feeling distressed. i couldnt do any work.im going back in studies. im unable to attend classes, even culdnt pay attention on any things.please help................................. with regards , eshwar

IBS is diagnosed only after excluding organic causes. IBS is a chronic illness with ups and down . firstly what is your predominant symptoms and how its affecting your daily life? IBS can be very well controlled and treated with diet, medicines and lifestyle modification. However, this depends on the patients predominant symptoms, history and cause.

I would be able to advise if I have more information on your baseline investigations, ultrasound reports, which I am sure you would have gathered from visiting doctors over the years.
